For Minnesota lake associations
Your board approves everything.
We organize your membership records, prepare dues reminders and newsletters, and keep meeting documents ready for the next board. You provide updates and approve the work. Every draft is reviewed by a person before your board approves it. Grant applications are available separately when you need them.
Completed work with accountable review — not another platform for volunteers to learn.

Plan size counts property-owning households. Each household counts once, however many contacts it has.
Smaller association? Association Office is still available if the scope fits. Grants and reports are also available on their own.
Every plan includes two revision rounds per item; extra work is $75/hour. Not included: bookkeeping, answering member emails or website edits, grant writing inside the annual plan, personal inbox triage, estate or legal correspondence, and building full annual-meeting packets from scratch (we prepare notices, agendas, and minutes that are in plan; large packet assembly is quoted).
Name one approver and a backup. Return approvals within about 3 business days. Send us your starting member list, then send payment and contact changes as they come in (we’ll agree on a simple way, like a shared sheet or email). We update the records and send reminders from the latest list you’ve confirmed. Your board or treasurer records payments and tells us about new owners; we don’t track property sales or reconcile bank accounts. Dues go through your own payment link; we never handle your money.
Frequently asked
Your member list is used only for your association’s work. Never sold. Shared only with the service providers who help us do the work. If you leave, we send you an export on request and delete your information from our active systems within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.
Plans renew each year unless either side gives 60 days’ written notice, and we send a reminder 90 days before your renewal date. In your first 60 days you can cancel for a prorated refund, minus the setup fee and work already delivered at $75/hour (never more than you’ve paid). After that, the year is paid. Monthly billing follows the same yearly terms.
We reply within 2 business days. Standard drafts take 5 business days; Large Office priority drafts (or a scheduled date) take 3. June through August, during annual meeting season, may take longer, and we’ll confirm a date within 3 business days.
